<p>TRIGAN D is not recommended in patients with unstable cardiovascular condition with acute haemorrhage and should be used with caution in patients with hypertension, coronary heart disease, congestive heart failure, and cardiac tachyarrhythmia. Contact your doctor before taking TRIGAN D.</p>

<h2>OTHERS</h2>

<p>TRIGAN D is not recommended for use if you have:</p>

<ul>
<li>Myasthenia gravis</li>
<li>Glaucoma</li>
<li>Obstructive uropathy</li>
<li>Obstructive disease of the gastrointestinal tract</li>
<li>Severe ulcerative colitis</li>
<li>Reflux esophagitis</li>
</ul>

<p>Before taking TRIGAN D, inform your doctor if you have:</p>

<ul>
<li>Heat prostration (such as fever and heat stroke because of decreased sweating)</li>
<li>Psychosis and delirium (such as elderly patients and/or in patients with mental illness)</li>
<li>Incomplete intestinal obstruction (small intestine partially or totally blocked)</li>
<li>Patients with salmonella dysentery</li>
<li>Ulcerative colitis (inflammatory bowel disease)</li>
<li>Prostatic hypertrophy (prostate gland enlargement)</li>
<li>Hyperthyroidism</li>
<li>Suffered from alcoholism</li>
<li>Take painkillers often for headache</li>
</ul>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Tell your doctor if you have recently taken any other medicines, including medicines obtained without a prescription, vitamin supplement or herbal products:</p>

<ul>
<li>Antiglaucoma agents</li>
<li>Other drugs with anticholinergic activity such as amantadine, antiarrhythmic agents of class I (Ex. quinidine), antihistamines, antipsychotic agents (Ex. phenothiazines), benzodiazepines, MAO inhibitors, narcotic analgesics (Ex. meperidine), nitrates and nitrites, tricyclic antidepressants, sympathomimetic drugs, and other medications with anticholinergic effects</li>
<li>Digoxin (medicine used for heart failure)</li>
<li>Warfarin (prevents blood clot)</li>
<li>&nbsp;Metoclopramide or domperidone (medicine used to prevent nausea and vomiting)</li>
<li>Cholestyramine (medicine used to treat high cholesterol levels)</li>
<li>Imatinib (medicine used to treat leukaemia and some stomach tumours)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of TRIGAN D, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Signs and symptoms of overdose may include headache, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, dilated pupils, hot, dry skin, dizziness, dryness of the mouth, difficulty in swallowing, CNS stimulation including convulsion, loss of appetite, stomach pain and liver damage.</p>
