<p>NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe impaired liver function and liver failure. Consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<p>ALLERGY</p>

<p>Do not take NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET if you are allergic to Nimesulide or any history of hypersensitivity reactions (Ex. bronchospasm, rhinitis, urticarial, nasal polyps) or any ingredients of this medicine.</p>

<p>HEART DISEASE</p>

<p>NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with severe heart failure. It should be used with caution in patients with impaired heart function, uncontrolled hypertension, established ischaemic heart disease, peripheral arterial disease, and/or cerebrovascular disease. Consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<h2>OTHERS</h2>

<p>NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET is not recommended for use if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have drug addiction problem</li>
<li>Have cerebrovascular bleeding or other active bleeding or bleeding disorders</li>
<li>Have severe clotting disorders</li>
<li>Have active or history of gastric or duodenal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding</li>
<li>Have signs of flu or fever</li>
</ul>

<p>Before taking NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have peptic ulcer, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn&#39;s disease</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong></p>

<p>NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET is not recommended for children and adolescents below 12 years of age. Consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<p><strong>Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>

<p>NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET should be used with caution in elderly patients as they are more susceptible to the adverse effects. Consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug interactions</strong>:</p>

<p>Before taking NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine:</p>

<ul>
<li>Other medicine used to reduce inflammation (Ex. methyprednisolone)</li>
<li>Medicine used to treat blood clots (Ex. warfarin)</li>
<li>Medicine used in treatment of arthritis (Ex. methotrexate)</li>
<li>Medicines used in treatment of mental disorders (Ex. lithium)</li>
<li>Diuretics (Ex. furosemide) to rid the body of salt and water</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally takes too much NOBEL MD 100MG TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdose are drowsiness, sluggishness, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal discomfort.</p>
