<p>Before taking MAXDULIN 75/30 CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you:</p>

<li>Have mania (sudden extreme sense of excitement and hyperactivity)</li>

<li>Have or previously had any bleeding disorders</li>
<li>Are taking diuretic medications (water pills)</li>
<li>Have diabetes</li>

<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong></p>
<p>MAXDULIN 75/30 CAPSULE is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.</p>
<p><strong> Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>
<p>MAXDULIN 75/30 CAPSULE should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 65 years). Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it. Proper dose adjustments and careful monitoring are required in such patients.</p>
<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>
<p><strong>A. Drug – Drug interactions:</strong></p>
<p>Before taking MAXDULIN 75/30 CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines such as:</p>

<li>Medicine used to treat depression like monoamine oxidase inhibitors (Ex. tranylcypromine, moclobemide iproniazid, nialamide, isocarboxazid, toloxatone), fluvoxamine, paroxetine, fluoxetine. clomipramine, amitriptyline, venlafaxine, lithium, selegiline, imipramine, bupropion, St. John’s wort</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat bacterial infection (such as ciprofloxacin, linezolid)</li>
<li>Medicines used to reduce anxiety and to induce sleep (such as alprazolam, midazolam, clonazepam, lorazepam, nitrazepam)</li>
<li>Medicines used for pain relief (such as oxycodone, tramadol, ibuprofen, diclofenac, pethidine)</li>
<li>Other medicines used to treat psychiatric disorders (such as pimozide, haloperidol, risperidone, thioridazine)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat allergic reactions (such as azelastine, cyproheptadine, mequitazine)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat migraine headache (such as sumatriptan)</li>
<li>Tryptophan (a medicine used to treat mental illness)</li>
<li>Buprenorphine (an opioid analgesic medication)</li>
<li>Medicines used for blood thinning (such as heparin, warfarin)</li>
<li>Oral contraceptives (birth control pills) Ex. ethinyl estradiol</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>
<p>If you or anyone else accidentally took more MAXDULIN 75/30 CAPSULE, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital straight away. Symptoms of overdosage might include feeling sleepy, confused, agitated, or restless, fits, vomiting, fast heart rate or signs of serotonin syndrome (such as excitement, drowsiness, clumsiness, restlessness, feeling of being drunk, fever, sweating or rigid muscles).</p>
