<p>Do not take LIPICURE CF CAPSULE if you are allergic to Atorvastatin or Fenofibric Acid.</p>

<p>LIPICURE CF CAPSULE should be used with caution in patients with respiratory failure. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<p>LIPICURE CF CAPSULE is not recommended for use if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have inflammation of the pancreas</li>
</ul>

<p>Before taking LIPICURE CF CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you:</p>

<li>Have diabetes (type I or type II)</li>
<li>Are obese</li>
<li>Have high blood pressure</li>
<li>Have blood problems</li>
<li>Have a previous history of stroke or bleeding in the brain</li>
<li>Have problems in the thyroid gland (underactive thyroid)</li>
<li>Have repeated or unexplainable muscle cramps or pain</li>
<li>Have a family history of muscular disorder</li>
<li>Previously had any muscle problems while taking similar types of lipid-lowering medicines</li>
<li>Are alcoholic</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong><br />
LIPICURE CF CAPSULE is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). Therefore, consult your doctor for advice.</p>

<p><strong>Use in Geriatrics:</strong><br />
LIPICURE CF CAPSULE should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 70 years or above). Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug Interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Before taking LIPICURE CF CAPSULE inform to your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines such as:</p>

<ul>
<li>Medicines used to suppress immune system after organ transplantation (Ex. cyclosporin)</li>
<li>Medicines used for blood thinning (Ex. warfarin, acenocoumarol)</li>
<li>Clopidogrel (a medicine used to treat blood clots)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat bacterial infections (Ex. erythromycin, Fusidic acid, clarithromycin, telithromycin)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat HIV infection (Ex. indinavir, darunavir, ritonavir, dasabuvir, sofosbuvir, velpatasvir, voxilaprevir, lopinavir, atazanavir, combination of tipranavir/ritonavir etc.)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat hepatitis C infection (such as telaprevir, boceprevir and the combination of elbasvir/grazoprevir, ledipasvir/sofosbuvir)</li>
<li>Medicines used for contraception (Ex. ethinylestradiol)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat diabetes (Ex. rosiglitazone, pioglitazone)</li>
<li>Other medicines used to treat high lipid levels in blood (Ex. gemfibrozil, cholestyramine, colesevelam, ezetimibe)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat heart problems (such as amlodipine, nifedipine, digoxin, verapamil, amiodarone)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat fungal infections (Ex. ketoconazole, itraconazole, voriconazole, fluconazole, posaconazole)</li>
<li>Letemovir (a medicine used to treat cytomegalovirus infection)</li>
<li>St. John&rsquo;s Wart (a medicine used to treat depression)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat gout (Ex. colchicine)</li>
<li>Medicines used for indigestion such as antacids (Ex. aluminium hydroxide)</li>
<li>Rifampicin (a medicine used to treat tuberculosis)</li>
<li>Cimetidine (a medicine used to treat stomach ulcers)</li>
<li>Stiripentol (a medicine used to treat epilepsy)</li>
<li>Phenazone (a medicine used for pain relief)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>B. Drug- Food Interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Avoid drinking grapefruit juice while taking LIPICURE CF CAPSULE as it may increase the risk of side effects.</p>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally took more LIPICURE CF CAPSULE, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital.</p>
