<p>Before taking IROVEL 300MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you:</p>

<li>Have or had, or during treatment have, excessive vomiting (being sick) or diarrhea</li>
<li>Develop low blood sugar levels (symptoms may include sweating, weakness, hunger, dizziness, trembling, headache, flushing or paleness, numbness, having a fast, pounding heartbeat)</li>
<li>Have primary aldosteronism (high production of the hormone aldosterone)</li>
<li>Are going to have an operation (surgery) or be given anesthetics</li>
<li>Have low sodium diet</li>
</ul>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Before taking IROVEL 300MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine:</p>

<ul>
<li>Medicines used to treat high blood pressure (Ex. enalapril, lisinopril, ramipril, aliskiren)</li>
<li>Water tablets (Ex. spironolactone, furosemide)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally takes too much of IROVEL 300MG TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdose are feeling dizzy and/or feeling the heart beating faster or slower.</p>
