<p>ALLERGY</p>

<p>Do not take GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE if you are allergic to Danazol or any other ingredients of this medicine.</p>

<p>HEART DISEASE</p>

<p>GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use in patients with impaired heart function. It should be used with caution in patients with high blood pressure or heart disease. Consult your doctor before taking GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE.</p>

<h2>OTHERS</h2>

<p>GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE is not recommended for use if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Ever had blood clots (thrombosis)</li>
<li>Have porphyria (a rare inherited illness which affects your metabolism)</li>
<li>Have a type of cancer which is influenced by hormones</li>
<li>Have unusual vaginal bleeding which is unchecked by a doctor</li>
</ul>

<p>Before taking GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have an illness which could be worsened by fluid retention</li>
<li>Have diabetes (high blood sugar levels)</li>
<li>Have epilepsy (fits)</li>
<li>Have polycythaemia (an illness in which the blood gets thicker)</li>
<li>Get migraines</li>
<li>Have cancer or possible breast cancer</li>
<li>Are about to have any procedure</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Use in paediatrics:</strong></p>

<p>Safety and effectiveness of GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE in children has not been established.</p>

<p><strong>Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>

<p>Safety and effectiveness of GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE in elderly patients (aged above 65 years) has not been established.</p>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Before taking GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines:</p>

<ul>
<li>Steroids (used in oral contraception and hormone replacement therapy) Ex. testosterone, estrogen, progesterone</li>
<li>Medicines used to lower blood cholesterol levels (Ex. simvastatin, atorvastatin)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat fits (Ex. phenytoin, carbamazepine)</li>
<li>Medicines used to thin the blood (Ex. warfarin, clopidogrel)</li>
<li>Anaesthetics (used to prevent pain during procedures) Ex. midazolam, propofol</li>
<li>Medicines used to stop the rejection of organs after a transplant (Ex. ciclosporin and tacrolimus)</li>
<li>Alpha calcidol (used for vitamin D deficiency and illness where there is lack of calcium in the blood)</li>
<li>Medicines used to lower blood sugar levels (Ex. metformin, glyburide)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat high blood pressure (Ex. atenolol, diltiazem)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat migraine (Ex. sumatriptan, rizatriptan)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of GYNAZOL 50MG CAPSULE, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital.</p>
