<p>KIDNEY</p>

<p>GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney problems or undergoing hemodialysis. Consult your doctor before taking GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET.</p>

<p>ALLERGY</p>

<p>Do not take GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET if you are allergic to Gabapentin or any other ingredients of this medicine.</p>

<h2>OTHERS</h2>

<p>Before taking GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have acute pancreatitis with signs of persistent stomach pain, feeling sick and being sick)</li>
<li>Have nervous system disorders, respiratory disorders</li>
<li>Muscle pain and/or weakness</li>
<li>Suffer with different types of seizures including absences</li>
<li>History of drug dependence or abuse</li>
<li>Intolerance to certain sugars</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong></p>

<p>GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET is not recommended for use in children aged below 6 years. Consult your doctor before taking GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET.</p>

<p><strong>Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>

<p>GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET should be taken with caution in elderly patients aged 65 years or above. The dose will be adjusted by your doctor. Consult your doctor before taking GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET.</p>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Before taking GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines:</p>

<ul>
<li>Medicines containing opioids such as morphine (used to treat pain)</li>
<li>Antacids such as aluminum hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide (medicines used to reduce heart burn, indigestion)</li>
<li>Other medicines for convulsions (Ex. carbamazepine, phenytoin)</li>
<li>Sleeping disorders (Ex. benzodiazepines)</li>
<li>Depression, anxiety (Ex. fluoxetine)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally takes too much of GABAPIN SR 450MG TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Signs of overdose includes loss of consciousness, dizziness, double vision, slurred speech, drowsiness, tiredness, and diarrhoea.</p>
