<p>Do not take ECT FORTE TABLET if you are allergic to Etoricoxib, Thiocolchicoside or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.</p>

<p>HEART DISEASE</p>
<p>ECT FORTE TABLET is not recommended for use if you have or had high blood pressure that has not been controlled by treatment, heart problems (heart failure), angina (chest pain), heart attack or bypass surgery. It should be used with caution if you have any mild to moderate heart problems. Consult your doctor for advice.</p>
<h2>OTHERS</h2>
<p>ECT FORTE TABLET is not recommended for use if you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have stomach ulcer or bleeding in the stomach or intestines</li>
<li>Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative colitis, or Colitis (inflammatory bowel disease)</li>
<li>Any kind of stroke, and muscles problems</li>
<li>Peripheral arterial disease</li>
</ul>
<p>Tell your physician before taking this medicine if you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Had dehydration (a prolonged bout of vomiting or diarrhea)</li>
<li>Had swelling due to fluid retention</li>
<li>Have being treated for an infection</li>
<li>Have high cholesterol, diabetes</li>
<li>Are a smoker</li>
<li>Have epilepsy</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong></p>
<p>ECT FORTE TABLET is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (below 16 years of age). Consult your doctor before taking it.</p>
<p><strong>Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>
<p>ECT FORTE TABLET should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 65 years). Consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<li>Medicines used to thin blood (Ex. warfarin)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat infections (Ex. rifampicin)</li>
<li>Medicine used for suppressing the immune system, and often used in rheumatoid arthritis (Ex. methotrexate, ciclosporin, or tacrolimus)</li>
<li>Medicine used to treat depression (Ex. lithium)</li>
<li>Medicines used to control high blood pressure and heart failure (Ex. enalapril, ramipril, losartan, valsartan)</li>
<li>Medicine used as diuretics</li>
<li>Medicine used to treat heart failure and irregular heart rhythm (Ex. digoxin)</li>
<li>Medicine used to treat asthma (Ex. salbutamol)</li>
<li>Birth control pills</li>
<li>Hormone replacement therapy</li>
<li>Medicine used to relieve pain and reduce the risk of serious problems like heart attacks and strokes (Ex. aspirin)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>
<p>If you or anyone else accidentally took too much of this medicine, consult your doctor immediately.</p>
