<p>Do not take DAZTOR 10MG TABLET if you are allergic to Atorvastatin or Cholecalciferol.</p>

<p>DAZTOR 10MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with lung diseases (such as severe respiratory failure). Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<p>HEART DISEASE</p>

<p>DAZTOR 10MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with high blood pressure. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<h2>OTHERS</h2>

<p>DAZTOR 10MG TABLET is not recommended for use if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have hypercalcemia (high blood calcium levels)</li>
<li>Have hypercalciuria (high calcium levels in the urine)</li>
<li>Have increased amount of vitamin D in blood (hypervitaminosis)</li>
</ul>

<p>Before taking DAZTOR 10MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Have an unexplained muscle pain</li>
<li>Had any muscle problems in the past</li>
<li>Have an improper functioning of thyroid gland</li>
<li>Have a personal or a family history of muscle problems</li>
<li>Are an alcoholic</li>
<li>Have diabetes</li>
<li>Are overweight</li>
<li>Have a previous history of stroke</li>
<li>Have a previous history of bleeding within the brain</li>
<li>Have small holes or pockets in the brain due to previous stroke</li>
<li>Have sarcoidosis (a type of connective tissue disease)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong></p>

<p>DAZTOR 10MG TABLET should be used in children and adolescents (aged 12 years or older) only if prescribed by the physician. Your doctor will decide the correct dose of DAZTOR 10MG TABLET depending on your child&rsquo;s age, body weight and health condition.</p>

<p><strong>Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>

<p>DAZTOR 10MG TABLET should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 70 years or older). Therefore, consult your doctor for advice before taking it.</p>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Before taking DAZTOR 10MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines such as:</p>

<ul>
<li>Medicines used to prevent graft rejection (Ex. cyclosporine)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat bacterial infection (such as fusidic acid, erythromycin, clarithromycin, telithromycin)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat fungal infection (such as ketoconazole, itraconazole, voriconazole, fluconazole, posaconazole)</li>
<li>Rifampin (a medicine used to treat tuberculosis infection)</li>
<li>Other medicines used to reduce blood cholesterol levels (such as gemfibrozil, fenofibrate, cholestyramine, colestipol or ezetimibe)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat heart problems (Ex. amlodipine, diltiazem, digoxin, verapamil, amiodarone)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat viral infections such as HIV or Hepatitis C (Ex. letermovir, ritonavir, lopinavir, atazanavir, indinavir, darunavir, the combination of tipranavir/ritonavir, telaprevir, boceprevir and the combination of elbasvir/grazoprevir, ledipasvir/sofosbuvir)</li>
<li>Warfarin (a medicine used to prevent blood clots)</li>
<li>Oral contraceptives (used to prevent pregnancy) Ex. levonorgestrel</li>
<li>Medicines used to control epilepsy (such as phenytoin, stiripentol, phenobarbital)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat stomach ulcers (such as cimetidine)</li>
<li>Antacids (used to neutralize stomach acid and to reduce heartburn) Ex. aluminium hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide</li>
<li>Phenazone (a medicine used for pain relief)</li>
<li>Colchicine (a medicine used to treat gout)</li>
<li>St. John&rsquo;s wort (an herbal preparation used to treat depression)</li>
<li>Laxatives (used to treat constipation) such as paraffin oil</li>
<li>Thiazide diuretics (used to remove excess water from the body) such as hydrochlorothiazide</li>
<li>Corticosteroids (used to treat pain and inflammation) such as prednisolone</li>
</ul>

<p>&nbsp;<strong>B. Drug-Food interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Avoid consumption of grapefruit while taking DAZTOR 10MG TABLET as it may lead to unwanted side effects.</p>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally took more DAZTOR 10MG TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital.</p>
