<p>BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with serious kidney diseases. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it. You must also inform your doctor before taking BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET if you have any previous history of kidney problems.</p>

<p>LIVER</p>

<p>ALLERGY</p>

<p>Do not take BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET if you are allergic to etoricoxib or to any other pain reliving medicines (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, celecoxib etc.).</p>

<p>HEART DISEASE</p>

<p>BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients who have or had heart failure, angina, heart attack, bypass surgery, blocked blood vessels or poor blood circulation in the body. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<h2>OTHERS</h2>

<p>BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET is not recommended for use if you:</p>

<ul>
<li>Currently have ulcers or bleeding in your stomach or intestines</li>
<li>Have inflammatory bowel diseases (such as Crohn&rsquo;s disease or ulcerative colitis)</li>
<li>Have uncontrollably high blood pressure</li>
<li>Have stroke (including mini-stroke, transient ischemic attack)</li>
</ul>

<p>Before taking BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you</p>

<ul>
<li>Have a previous history of stomach ulcers</li>
<li>Are dehydrated, due to prolonged vomiting or diarrhea</li>
<li>Have a history of high blood pressure</li>
<li>Have edema (swelling of body parts)</li>
<li>Are being treated for an infection</li>
<li>Have diabetes</li>
<li>Have high cholesterol</li>
<li>Are a smoker</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Use in Pediatrics:</strong></p>

<p>BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET should be used in adolescents aged 16 years or above only if prescribed by the physician. It should not be used in children and adolescents (aged below 16 years). Therefore, consult your doctor for advice.</p>

<p><strong>Use in Geriatrics:</strong></p>

<p>BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 65 years). Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it.</p>

<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>

<p><strong>A. Drug - Drug interactions:</strong></p>

<p>Before taking BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines such as:</p>

<li>Warfarin (a medicine used to treat blood clots)</li>
<li>Rifampicin (a medicine used to treat tuberculosis)</li>
<li>Methotrexate (a medicine used for suppressing the immune system and often used in rheumatoid arthritis)</li>
<li>Cyclosporin or tacrolimus (used to suppress immune system and prevent graft rejection)</li>
<li>Lithium (a medicine used to treat depression)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat high blood pressure and heart failure such as ACE inhibitors (Ex. enalapril, ramipril) and angiotensin receptor blockers (Ex. losartan, valsartan)</li>
<li>Diuretics (used to treat edema and high blood pressure) Ex. bumetanide, ethacrynic acid</li>
<li>Digoxin (a medicine used to treat heart failure and irregular heart rhythm)</li>
<li>Minoxidil (a medicine used to treat hair loss or high blood pressure)</li>
<li>Salbutamol (a medicine used to treat asthma)</li>
<li>Birth control pills (used to prevent pregnancy) Ex. mifepristone, drospirenone, ethinylestradiol</li>
<li>Hormone replacement therapy (used to treat hormonal imbalances) Ex. estradiol, dydrogesterone</li>
<li>Aspirin (used to reduce fever and pain)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>

<p>If you or anyone else accidentally took more BRUTAFLAM 120MG TABLET, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital.</p>
