<p>Before taking BREVIPIL ORAL SOLUTION, inform your doctor if you have:</p>

<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong></p>
<p>BREVIPIL ORAL SOLUTION is not recommended for use in children under 4 years of age. Consult your doctor before taking BREVIPIL ORAL SOLUTION.</p>
<p><strong> Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>
<p>BREVIPIL ORAL SOLUTION should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above). Consult your doctor before taking BREVIPIL ORAL SOLUTION.</p>
<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>
<p>Before taking BREVIPIL ORAL SOLUTION, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine:</p>
<ul>
<li>Rifampicin (a medicine used to treat bacterial infections)</li>
<li>St John’s wort (also known as Hypericum perforatum) - herbal medicine is used to treat depression and anxiety as well as other conditions.</li>
<li>Carbamazepine</li>
<li>Phenytoin</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>
<p>If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of BREVIPIL ORAL SOLUTION, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdose include dizziness, sleepy, feeling sick, a feeling of ‘spinning’, problems keeping your balance, anxiety, tiredness, irritability, being aggressive, inability to sleep, depression, thoughts or attempts of harming or killing yourself.</p>
