<p>HEART DISEASE</p>
<p>AQSUSTEN 50MG INJECTION should be used with caution in patients with heart problems. Therefore, consult your doctor before receiving it.</p>
<h2>OTHERS</h2>
<p>AQSUSTEN 50MG INJECTION is not recommended for use if you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have vaginal infection or unusual vaginal bleeding (other than normal periods)</li>
<li>Had miscarriage and your doctor suspects about the existence of few more tissue in the uterus</li>
<li>Have known or suspected cancer of the breast, ovaries or uterus</li>
<li>Had or have blood clots in the legs (thrombophlebitis), eyes (retinal thrombosis) or anywhere in the body (venous or arterial thromboembolism) or stroke</li>
</ul>
<p>Before receiving AQSUSTEN 50MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have fits</li>
<li>Have migraine headache (severe headache affecting one side of the head)</li>
<li>Have porphyria (an inherited blood disorder)</li>
<li>Have sensitivity to light (photosensitivity)</li>
<li>Have diabetes (high blood sugar)</li>
<li>Have high blood pressure</li>
<li>Have depression</li>
<li>Have a habit of smoking</li>
<li>Are overweight or obese</li>
<li>Are aged 35 years or above</li>
<li>Have any risk of atherosclerosis (such as high blood fat levels)</li>
<li>Are scheduled for any blood tests</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Use in pediatrics:</strong></p>
<p>AQSUSTEN 50MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in children and adolescents (under 18 years of age). Therefore, consult your doctor before administration.</p>
<p><strong>Use in geriatrics:</strong></p>
<p>There is no proper information about the use of AQSUSTEN 50MG INJECTION in elderly patients (aged 65 years and above). Therefore, consult your doctor for advice.</p>
<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>
<p><strong>A. Drug-Drug interactions:</strong></p>
<p>Before receiving AQSUSTEN 50MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines:</p>
<ul>
<li>Medicines used to treat epilepsy (Ex. carbamazepine, phenytoin, phenobarbital)</li>
<li>Bromocriptine (a medicine used to stop breast milk secretion, infertility, or Parkinson’s disease)</li>
<li>Rifampicin (a medicine used to treat bacterial infections)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat fungal infections (Ex. griseofulvin, ketoconazole)</li>
<li>St. john’s wort (a medicine used to treat depression)</li>
<li>Cyclosporine (a medicine used to suppress immune function)</li>
<li>Medicines used to treat diabetes (Ex. glimepiride, metformin)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Overdosage:</strong></p>
<p>AQSUSTEN 50MG INJECTION will be administered to you only by a doctor or a nurse in a hospital and so it is unlikely to receive an overdose. However, consult your doctor or nurse if you experience any unusual symptoms such as drowsiness after receiving AQSUSTEN 50MG INJECTION.</p>
