<p>AMFY 50MG INJECTION should be administered with caution in patients with kidney disease and in patients who are under dialysis. Consult your doctor before receiving the medicine.</p>

<p>LIVER</p>

<p>ALLERGY</p>
<p>Do not receive AMFY 50MG INJECTION if you are allergic to Amphotericin B, and/or any other ingredients of this medicine.</p>
<h2>OTHERS</h2>
<p>AMFY 50MG INJECTION is not recommended for use if you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Have common/superficial, clinically inapparent fungal infections (which are detectable only by positive skin/serologic tests)</li>
</ul>
<p>Before receiving AMFY 50MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Suffer from neutropenia (condition marked by low count of neutrophils)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Use in Pediatrics:</strong></p>
<p>AMFY 50MG INJECTION should be used with caution in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). Consult your doctor before child receives the medicine.</p>
<p><strong>Use in Geriatrics:</strong></p>
<p>AMFY 50MG INJECTION should be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 65 years). Consult your doctor before receiving AMFY 50MG INJECTION.</p>
<h2>INTERACTIONS</h2>
<p><strong>A. Drug–Drug interactions:</strong></p>
<p>Before receiving AMFY 50MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine:</p>
<ul>
<li>Nephrotoxic drugs (medicines that can cause damage to the kidney) Ex. minoglycosides, cisplatin</li>
<li>Zidovudine (used to treat HIV)</li>
<li>Cyclosporin (used to treat transplanted organ rejection)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Overdosage:</strong></p>
<p>AMFY 50MG INJECTION will be administered to you only by a doctor or a nurse in a hospital, and so it is unlikely to receive an overdose. However, consult your doctor or nurse if you experience any unusual symptoms.</p>
